Please follow the steps below to reset your password and access the OCC portal:

1. Step 1: Click on the 'Forgot Password' button.
   
2. Step 2: Enter your email ID and click the 'Reset Password' button. You will receive a password reset email.
   
3. Step 3: Click on the 'Verify Email & Password Reset' button in the email. This will redirect you to a page where you can change your password.
   
4. Step 4: Enter your new password that meets the following conditions:
   • At least 8 characters long
   • Includes uppercase and lowercase letters
   • Contains at least one number
   Then click the 'Reset Password' button.
   

Now, you can log in to the OCC portal using your username and updated password credentials.
